Loose (free) - 'loos' (offices; euphemism) + '(avenu)e' (end of)
Loos (offices-idiom) + (avenu)e
loos + ...e (check Chambers for offices)
An estate will sometimes refer to toilets, bathrooms, as 'the usual offices', hence 'loos' with 'e' added as 'end of avenue.'
