If I understand correctly - At-h(s)-lone (town) - 'sh (quiet) ta (cheers' (upset) + 'lone' (uninhabited)

If I understand correctly -

At-h(s)-lone (town) - 'sh (quiet) ta (cheers' (upset) + 'lone' (uninhabited)
If it is Quite rather than Quiet - it could be Alone (quite) with Hoot (cheer(s)_) uninhabited (minus OO) HT reversed (TH) inside
