A friend remembers it from childhood.
I reckon it might be Suess. But I haven't come across it before.
Anyway, I will give it a little more time and effort. Thanks for your contribution Lie in King. (And if I have accidently reported you BIG SORRY - I could only see the Grey tab which I pressed thinking it said "reply" rather than "report".
