i know about tls but like to print xwords before entering as i do them with my husband and hate spending all day in front of computer-however i can't for example enter last week's jumbo online-has anyone had same problem/if so is there a contact number /email to raise this-whole point of membership is so you don't have to spend postage submitting
I had the same problem today with the 2 Jumbos ....after an online chat with a times person , I deleted "caches and cookies", then had to refill my grids , but then was able to submit....do you know how to do the deletion ?
what browser are you on?
I am on chrome ....click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner
scrolldown then click on settings
scroll down then click on advanced
scroll down and click on clear browsing history
I think it's similar on microsoft edge but the 3 dots are horizontal
