This is the first time I have posted a question. Forgive me if I have not followed the correct format. Could 10ac be garfish instead of raffish. Garish is flashy with f for beginning of fliers

My thoughts are the answer is garish which means showy, gaudy or over decorated=flashy. Insert f for fliers leading and you have garfish which are swimmers. I can see your thinking with raffish but not sure it means flashy
