Thanks you two !

But I have always thought that answers to cryptic clues have to be defined somewhere and I can't see where Easter Egg and Adam and Eve are defined anywhere ?
adam and eve is cockney for believe, if that helps
Question Author
Ah yes....can see that now....believe/credit !
Mikey, an 'easter egg' is a hidden bonus feature on DVDs, that's the definition part of the clue
told you that at 12.12 !
Question Author
Yes you did Ellie...It took a while for the penny to drop though !

I have never heard of the term Easter Egg being used for bonus bits from a DVD !
Sorry Mikey. I should have explained it better
Question Author
Not at all Ellie....my fault for being a bit slow on the uptake !

I have noticed lately, that a lot of crosswords puzzles seem to have very obscure definitions. How many others people would know that use of the phrase Easter Egg ?

But I am not complaining....it will go into my little book. in case another compiler uses it !
They certainly will, Mikey, and have before - that's how I found out about it!
Question Author
