Danny - I only do the Saturday Guardian and The Everyman as I can't get access to any others - but I try and answer any clues placed here eg Telegraph, Mail, Skeleton, Times RTE and even the toughie occasionally. The first time I see the clues are when they're posted here.

It is just my sense of humour Danny - not a criticism

The reason I asked about the Toughie jj. The answer to 24d is glib but when I submitted the puzzle early this morning it would only accept grid.I contacted them and it has now been corrected.
