Thanks folks. But where does STOTTER come in?
stotter in British. (ˈstɒtə , Scottish ˈstotər) Scottish dialect, mainly Glasgow. verb (intransitive) to stagger. anything outstanding, esp a good-looking person.
Using the meaning to stagger one might say, not up ?, to someone who staggers.
Not good but the best I can come up with.
ie. someone who staggers is not up.
