Craic looks right. Add one(a) in Circus, remove Us and read backwards. Apparently in Ireland Craic relates to music and entertainment.

Thanks all for the help. I had actually put “refill” in at 22A (entered), but missed the connection because I was trying to match it to the answer at 15A (entered).
One last puzzle ... how to work out the last letter in STRIP?

You need to look for a word in the clue for 15A which is a synonym for the possible word for STRIP?
