I've managed to complete this - phew! - but there are two I can't parse - could anyone please explain, or will I have to wait for 'Times For The Times' next month?

I have EXULTED, which means 'crew', but can't untangle the word play.

11ac Worry about tribe and King's ebbing mind (4,4)
I have TAKE CARE. This could mean 'worry about' or 'mind'. CARE could also mean either, so the front and back are interchangeable wordplay/definition. TAKE can be assembled from the initial letters of Tribe And King's Ebbing, so it must surely be right, but I can see no indicator that this is what we have to do - is this slightly sloppy cluing, or have I missed something?
