Hi Elliemay1,
Thanks for your Dressing Case and I see where your coming from relating to Dressing = Banadages = Casualty.
However to think outside the box, a Dressing Case is a small Toilet/Medicine Bag.
Any further forward ? (Cos I'm Not :)J/Boy
