Setter consumed with guilt, finally, over disease (7). I thought it was “tetters” - an anagram of ‘setter’ and ‘t’ (last letter of ‘guilt’) but it appears to be “tetanus” which I can’t receconcile with the clue. Can anyone enlighten me, please?
