It's a question that crops up often in a quiz because a giraffe has a long neck - if it's something else then am not sure what it is.

yeah it is a bit of problem to see how the giraffe doesnt suffocate.
if it draws a big breath - the length and volume means the fresh air doesnt get down to its lungs

also its blood pressure aint good enough to get blood into the head ....
