It has taken me two weeks to get there but each day I have managed more and more steps. I need to get back to doing a daily 40 minute power walk.

Walking with Tilly for an hour does not make for many steps. Plodding is not very cumulative.

I find that it's finding the time to do the walk that's most difficult.

If you put a treadle under the lappie with a belt to a generator you could do the "steps" and be on line without all the palaver. (^_*)
