I thought the same Danny but I can't parse the N!
Setters error?
Should it have been outranges ?

I also thought ANGERS but then peeve should be peeves? Or maybe Outrages should be Outranges, then we get the N
If you look at the attached thesaurus page for "peeves" both outrages and angers both appear.
Therefore it could be a simple double def rather than an anagram!
