Hi AB cruciverbalists out there .... am doing something for my cryptic crossword group, and I wonder if you could give me some help with parsing these clues, please ...

24a turn up after pub with English member of ancient sect (8) The answer is "pharisee", but I can't parse it.

10a exposed network where high-ups are found (5) The answer is "attic", but would be grateful for the parsing, please

13a stones lacking heart give heartless lyrics. The answer is "geodes", but don't understand why

charge = ward. in turn = turn draw around.
