Can anyone explain? Can’t see the wordplay here.
Exactly why I put seen as.
Ok Note = something written poem = IF , N = new spins = reversed
= No - N(ew) FI (If rev) in (reversed) + TE = nonfinite = certain verb forms
IF = poem by Kipling!
NOTE (something written) containing reversal (spins) of IN IF (Kipling poem) N(ew).
Poem is IF; NOTE + N + IN
As daft as it seems the extra 'S' on poemS that the OP has typed can throw you completely off track. :))
