I have solved most of the puzzle except 3:

Is 5d document, 23 d Isabella?
No idea about 25d.

But have no idea of what the theme is and howto resolve the clashes?
2d seems to have 5 clashes.

Yes, for 5
23 ARABELLA
25 SCREWS
...sorry, 25 LIMOGES
They all have just 1 clash, hankir (2d is entered BIKAR) and the trick is to make sure you get the right misprint each time. When you've done it you'll see strings of letters in each row that are themic (the first one starts with the B in row 1 - you'll quickly get the idea).

Thanks ProfessorM.
I have a completed grid.
But not sure what to do next.
...thematic! Not 'themic' (sticky keys).
I found it easier to do them as I went along, having got most of the acrosses on the first pass - the top right corner went in quite easily (it must be tricky with all of the clashes entered as double cells!).
If you have another clean grid, maybe try it my way?
Anyway, here's how it works -

If your acrosses and downs match, then that cell letter is confirmed - if they clash, one of those letters is entered correctly for the down, say - but incorrectly for the across. Any letter in an unchecked cell is confirmed.
Now you know that 2d is entered BIKAR, you know that 14ac must be entered LKIRS (so that it has just the one misprint) and so on. But you must be sure each time you confirm a letter, no guesses (or you'll get into a mess)!
...by the way, now you know how to enter 11ac, as well.

Thanks ProfessorM.

I see a 6 letter word in row 1 that I may want to have this evening.

I also see a long one in Row 5.

You are right. I will take a clean grid and reenter modified answers.
...and 19ac.
I'll be having a couple from the bottom row (although I don't speak the language, it sounds like I do after the 5th or 6th).

I have all except the second row from bottom.
What letter to start with or how many letters?
It's the other name for the one above it (starting G).
