it comes back with black Rolls Royce.

How strange; I've just tried it again and now it doesn't. I don't understand why. I was just inspired to try it before answering the first time and it came back with black Rolls Royce.

You've got me puzzled now, Calibax. Thinking about it, R 0 (zero) is not a legal registration number (R 1 would be), so I can't think how I managed to get an answer in the first place.
