Wow that was impressively fast and thank you!
I have found this the hardest puzzle for weeks! Even though I now know the answer to the two clues above, I still don’t understand fully. If you have time, can you explain please?

Is something costs a lot of money (silly money) it can be said to cost a bomb

We thought it might be BROAD (B-road) but that would be for Norfolk, not Norwegian! Surely not...
