Tough one today but just one left, then bedtime...
26 ac: Demolishing cored pears, set aside fuzzy skin (5). I have S*E*E so the answer would seem to be SUEDE but if so, I can't see the wordplay. Anybody still up who can help? Thank you.

Suede - 'su(pers)ede' - set aside, no cored 'pe(a)rs'
Cored pears is PERS (remove the A, or core of it)
Then take that out of SUPERSEDE - which means set aside
