It has to be Colombo!
The only way that I can parse it though is assuming that there is a misprint on the on-line version and "groom" has been inserted rather than "group"
Combo (group) around lo (look) = Colombo (capital)
Can anybody else parse it another way?
Am I correct in my assertion? What does the actual paper say?
