It's 2 words (5,5) for 11d, tedsgran - and it's in Chambers (the def is 'what might indicate a').

I have solved most of this.
I do not have 18a, 31a, 34a (Neat?), 20d, 22d.
I have the first unclued. Second unclued, not yet sure how to enter the numbers and math signs.
I see that one of the answers loses three letters and goes to a down answer.

Any hints welcome.
If clues are needed, I can provide them.

Hankir, 18 A and 34 thematic and lose some letters.20 D gains some letters. In 22 D, the answer itself is 7 letters, but you know what goes at the start. The numbers and so on get entered as they are....

I can see that 20d could be 5 letters long and three come from an across clue.
Though have not parsed "Master forsaking sullen".

18 you'll need to move the same 3 letters out of its 7 letter answer.
31 anag 'team' for something you don't eat, hankir ('game' as in 'grouse?').
34 yes (after you've taken out the same 3 letters from the 7 letter answer, def 'most convenient').
20d the opposite of 'baddy' (5 letters) and add the same 3 letters.
22 the German/Italian WW11 partnership upturned + 'in' + E
