3 Board, Bard with O inside.
4. Yes, double definition.

No letters at all for 1?
1 Shoulder Of Mutton, cut? It looks like an anagram, but I'll leave you to check!
Does 5 definitely have six letters as you've shown? Eager and Eagre can both mean 'bore', tool, and are anagrams of Agree.

Thanks, NACW, yes 5 definitely carries 6 letters.

Matakari, thanks. Maybe you'll manage to get that one yourself? It's always satisfying to finish off a puzzle...

Bobbinwales, I don't think this is a crossword as such, where letters can get filled in from other answers. It's more a series of separate clues. ABers come up with the answers most weeks (the OP asks most weeks!)
Bobb, don't get drawn into an argument on this one, it's a long running saga.

Llanfair, address AB members by their given user name as per the rules and don't insult others trying to help.
Thanks neveracrossword
Thanks, Bobbinwales. I tried to track down the puzzle for myself, as we'd seen so many clues, but that proved tricky. It involved registering with the Telegraph. I now just look out for requests on AB.
