Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Hi. I’ve really struggled to fit answers in the grid. I’ve looked at other people’s advice as to where to start and in what order to put the answers round the perimeter but both times have failed. Could someone definitively describe what starting in the right hand corner means, when actually it’s not a corner.......and the order they placed the four themed answers round the perimeter. Many thanks.

Lie-in King

Start in the rightmost square of the very last row - the 1st letter (D) is the last of a 6-letter word coming down. The order from that point is -

Die Walkure
Siegfried
Götterdämmerung
Das Rheingold

Thank you Lie-In-King......that was the order I put them in the second time round so I’m obviously doing something else wrong! (Can’t fit in the second word of the clue ‘Call Round’ However, now I know I’ve started in the right place on the perimeter I’ll persevere!
