ANy SE crossword winners out there?

I won the Sunday Express Skeleton Crossword on 25th July 2021.
On the entry coupon it suggests that winners wait for 30 days before payment is made . Today, 19th Sept 2021, the prizr has still not arrived and I am wondering is any past winners have experienced such a long wait as me - is this normal for them?
If this is not normal, any ideas on how to query this? Can't find any reference to querying payments in the papaer or on their website.

I won on 1 August and nothing has arrived yet!

Well done on your win. I won a £25 prize a few years ago and I did receive my cheque eventually but the print had rubbed off so I had to ring the main Express paper line and ask to be put in touch with the competitions dept . Again it took a long time to get a replacement cheque.

I have found a number 0208 612 7000 you could try ringing.

I also was missing a £25 Skeleton Cheque since end of June - I emailed “[email protected]”
and received a response from Oliver Bray, he offered to pay the money direct to my bank account - and did just that the following day. Hope this helps !
