60a could be anagram of fingernailtocloak to give second line of a chrismas carol
60A Ring of all creation anagram of gnarled fingernail.
25D Phillip Schofield partial anagram but as to the rest no idea why but it fits
25d Phillip Schofield - anag 'old chef is' (after) "fillip" (oral [spoken] boost)
philip sounds like fillip (boost, I think)
Good one bearsrule

anagram of 'old chef is' = Schofield, after Phillip = sounds like/oral Fillip (boost)
Need two o's for the anagaram not in gnarled fingernail
Should have been anagram of fingernail to cloak as bobbinwales suggested not gnarled fingernail!

Thanks Captain2 for the accolade
problem with that is theres a K in cloak but not in the carol second line?
