Have the phrase from the extra letters and the circle letters but don't know how to fill in the perimeter. Any help please

Saladdodger, for the unclued entries,use the words/nouns in the phrase. The first one I got was 5 A (probably because the answer to the clue was fairly easy). As the phrase says - 5 A for 5 A.

Saladdoger, sorry - when you said you had the phrase, I thought you meant the quotation itself. I don't have a Bible, but my Oxford Dictionary of Quotations helped. If you have solved the 'eight normal clues' ,it's probably easier to track down.

Saladdodger,that doesn't sound like what I used! Although the whole theme involves Bible stuff, one large part of it is a phrase that's used a lot. It's the opposite of 'turn the other cheek', and involves another part of the face... (And the very short answer to the clue at 5 A was my way in). I hope this helps.

Thanks, Saladdodger - it's always tricky when someone else is coming at it from another angle. I couldn't just write off your quote, as you might have accessed something that included my bit too.
