2 small queries from yesterday's Times :-
1) Spoil bouncer, one in his 70's? (4,6) ?A?Y ?O?M?R. It surely has to be BABY BOOMER - (being 72 years of age, I would call myself one of them), but how on earth does "Spoil bouncer" fit in with this?
2) Vestry typically holds object of worship husband left (8) ?A?R?S?Y. It seems to be SACRISTY (Vestry) parsed as C(H)RIST inside SAY. But why is SAY synonymous with "typically"? Can someone please give me a sentence to illustrate that this is valid.
