That has me puzzled. Jubilee 45611 was named Hong Kong.

That took a bit of lateral thinking!

As Novalis says, the loco was named 'Hong Kong':

Googling for a list of bays in Hong Kong finds that there is a KELLETT Bay, which fits the letter pattern.

Further googling confirms that Hong Kong is also home to Kellett Island, Kellett School and Mount Kellet.

That's a great answer Buenchico. In my trainspotting days of many moons ago I saw all the Jubilee class locomotives except the one involved in the Watford Junction disaster. I was about 5 when that happened.
