This has been asked already today, but answers are not really explaining reasons. It seems answer could be ROSA or RHEA (or even RITA for differing reasons).
Can anyone explain reason for ROSA or RHEA ?

ROSA - girls name and circle could be referencing letter O
RHEA - Girl could be referenced by HER, and word HER is also used in the clue. Letter A is also in the clue - so HER and A could be RHEA.

I can't see why RITA could be considered but an open to persuasion.

circles plural = O's
a = a
post = (after)
closer = last later of her = R
Therefore after R comes Os A
= Rosa
