Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good afternoon. well after a lot of headscratching i have completed all the clues and know what the topical word is that the title refers to. However i am a but puzzled by the triplets.
I am not sure what other words go with 14D for example nor whether i am correct with linking 1A, 5D and 28A?
Can anyone put me out of my misery please?

No, 28a goes with 14d and 43a.

44a completes the set with 1a and 5d (4 letters y???).

I have completed the grid including a doubtful 27a as ROM,
what else must I do before submitting?

Farrwest, ROM isn't doubtful - ReadOnlyMemory, so you don't write on it, and Rom, short for Romans, book of the Bible. You don't have to do any more - I think we're just meant to have worked out the key word (very UKish, understandably).
