At what place is ‘change course at sea’ heard? (5) ??EL?

I have the first two exclamations in the perimeter. Also the one to be highlighted.
The other two do not show up on wiki.

From the third exclamation, the word YOU is missing.

Have never seen the show but in the end, finding the endgame answers was not that difficult.
