Can't get the parse but is it connected to manna.

Manna is, according to the Bible, an edible substance which God provided for the Israelites during their travels in the desert during the 40-year period following the Exodus and prior to the conquest of Canaan.

I suspect that the setter had 'Na(th)an' in mind. (Cut out the middle)

As a verb 'Divine' is to foretell.

Nathan was a prophet.

Maybe donny48 has it, I can't be sure of either if I am honest.
A poor clue or are we missing something ?
