It definitely stated on the envelope that the shaded squares would give the name of a TV programme. They obviously don't want to admit that they messed up - several of us all had the same letters but couldn't find a programme to fit!
This is very late, but the editor came back to me and said they published the easy clues rather than the cryptic ones, so the Wordfinder anagram didn’t work. I've got the correct clues if anyone wants them still?
Apparently, the answer to the true anagram of that crossword was Have I Got News For You, so SUSRSAAOHRASHRCRLD was never an answer as the wrong clues were given! Mystery solved at least!
