Wordplay in 15 clues ignores a letter or a string of letters.
I have bulk of the answers but can't find the redundant letters except in 26a.

I think 'tak' are redundant

Answer Milan . But where do the last 3 come from?

Dissolute. Can't parse this except for soils

Wordplay ignores a string of letters- where Lan comea from...
12 Ute, truck in Oz(Kimberley)after anagram of Soils +the thematic stuff
12 Ute = truck in Australia (Kimberley is in Western Australia)
26a circuit = lap ...reverse it (to the west) ...another 2 letters added will give you a country
