Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

An excellent puzzle - even when the theme emerged solving the last three or four clues to complete the grid was by no means easy.

Lots of thematic material to find, now all I need to do is lose an earworm ...

Gosh, that was tough.
A laugh-out-loud moment when the theme suddenly dawned on me.

As with others, struggled, even after realising the theme, to figure out the string of words clues, partly because I misunderstood the instruction. Also not sure what constitutes a cycle or why the items are thematic. Still all finished and most fun of the year to date.

I didn't want to post here until I was happy with my final solution. I was going to moan about how Brock had stretched the theme too far with those cycled clues. Hovering over the "Answer Now" button, I took another look - and all became clear.

I have an abandoned puzzle somewhere in which I tried to use that gimmick, but found it far too difficult to cycle even three clues. To do six is certainly impressive.

What an absolute joy. Tough solve, but more than compensated (that's not the right word) for a wonderful PDM which brought a huge smile. Fabulous amount of thematic content, and a great implementation. Thanks, Brock. Really enjoyed that.
