really struggling to parse some of the answers from this one....

8d. One rolling up for protection from fellow corporate head: what a blunder! (8 ?e?g?h?g)
-- looks like it must be hedgehog, but why? Is "og" a blunder??
14a. Welfare initiative with intent: right for everyone (8 o?t?e??h)
-- I think the answer is outreach. I can see (r)each right for everyone, but that makes intent clue for "out", which I don't get?
20a. With team not qualified, we're obliged to find station for lift home (4,4 t??i ?a?k)
-- must be "taxi rank", but again, I can't parse it :(
24d. One's always gracious (1, 3 - i ?a?)
-- Not even sure what the answer is - "I say"? - but why?
