Hi, just want to check this one out. 5/24d Given no better source of information, why not trap one at Shelbourne Park. (3,6,5) for your information Shelbourne park is a greyhound racecourse. The first two words to the answer are The inside and the last word is -r-c-. The obvious word to me would be track, as in the inside track but as the clue says, not trap one, it doesn't make sense. Any ideas on this would be very welcome, thanks.

Hi Goldie1. As with most RTE Crosswords, I would just read 'Given and why not as superfluous words (Many of the clues in RTE have these)
Then read it as a double definition.
