6Dn : Broadcast put down again, we hear (7) ?E?A?E?. Is this just RELAYED sounding like RELAID ?

Regarding 6d, yes.

I think 19d is an error. I suspect that the clue originally read 'Secret stash remains under stone' and at some point it has been edited to save space, unfortunately in a way which has mucked it up.
