I have two regular clues left -

Completely cancel reorganisation of small university’s land (8) D?S?????

Select an old character, say, as Lavatch’s alter ego (8) P?I??ON? (This one seems a bit meta)

Boo, I thought it was PICAROON, and I can see where I’ve gone wrong in a crosser. Thanks!

Okay, I have several of the unclued names (some solid, a few dodgy) with 3 to find, but I can’t fathom any connection between them other than mid-20th century tunesmiths. Gentle nudge requested, thanks.
I have all 13 but again apart from the fact that they are from the first 13 letters of the alphabet, I have no idea how "atomic" applies!
Question Author
Ah I didn’t realise that about the alphabet, that’ll help. Likewise, no idea about atomic.

I need only 12a unknown. I have EN?S?O. Help!
Question Author

The O version was commonly used.
10ac clue made me chuckle. A definite penny drop moment!
Could I have help with 23d, please.

Penitential garment carried by saint, to wit. (8)

I have ?C?L??E?

Thank you.

SCILICET
Question Author
A mix of ST for saint and CILICE for the penitential garment. Think of the monk in the Da Vinci Code.
Thank you, FoD.

That's a new word for me.
