Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Third puzzle in a row with the name of a film with die in it as the puzzle title. Can the editors keep the sequence going?

This was an easier puzzle than of late with some rather obvious clues but with some gems among them. When my first thematic subject emerged it was pretty clear what the theme was. Still, Vainglorious managed to fit all the thematic possibilities in and in one case in particular, that was no easy task.

Yes, this had an unusual combination of gimmicks, and was fun to solve. The theme fell quickly, but it took a while to complete, with a satisfying outcome.

I'm not convinced the title is the best, to be honest. There, I said it. Thanks, Vainglorious!

I thought this was tricky but accessible. Took me a while to sort out the overlapping and I found some clues challenging to parse - the "high scales" clue puzzled me for some time even when I knew the answer.

As ever I amazed by how thematic material setters can stash away in plain sight without noticing it.
