I am trying to transfer a phone film to my PC via the Nokia PC suite. Even if everything is plugged in, it still says "No phone connected". It is ridiculous!! Has anyone else had this problem, and how can I sort it out??!

Try re-installing the software, or try opening Nokia programme first and then plug phone in, also try a different usb port

i have a samsung and i gace up on the pc studio and now use bluetooth. you can get a bluetooth dongle in argos for �9-99. far easier and quicker.

What OS are you running? If XP, are you on SP1 or SP2?

Finally, have you tried downloading the latest PC suite for your phone? The suite that came with my old Nokia didn't work too great, but the newer version had some bugs fixed (get it from going to your phone's page on Nokia's website).
