Help with anagrams please.

Which two words that are anagrams of one another should complete the blanks in the above sentence so that it reads totally logically?
I am absolutely stumped on this one! I have got a couple of "iffy" answers, and one rude one, but I am sure they are not what they want.

As the Old starts with an upper case letter, the only Old I can think of is Contemptibles but, am unable to come up with an anagram!!

Yes - I am sure the capital letter must be significant - but can't find anything to go with it, apart from, as you say, Contemptibles, or perhaps, Bailey - but again - no anagrams. It is driving me bonkers!
