The problem is to use the ten digits 0 to 9 once each,to give two five figure numbers that form an improper fraction which equals 9 exactly

There is only one solution and the 0 cannot be placed at A or F

Well done kettledrum ... did you have a short cut formula to determine the answer, or was it by trial and error?
I realised fairly quickly that the numerator had to read 9---- and the denominator 10--- but soon got bored with calculating options!
