the rpducts are diverse - gromming products for men and women, and batteries;
The target market is male/female - should possibly hone in on age group for men;
the growth area woukld be if they have (men especially) purchase grooming products when they do not already so so. That would be based on (costly) market research and free samples etc;
In terms of women their product's biggest challenge will be the size of the competitor company which is the LEADER, which copany will enjoy greater 'economies of scale' -- and therefore be more profitable. That has implications for profitability of the company whose mission statement is here.
If they are prepared for small profits years 1-3 and maybe years 3-5and if they have identfiied a certain need in the market they could do well.....I-F ...You are entitled to raise that query.
Even as a main business I think their Mission Statement is fine; it very much describes a "felt' experience by its people/management - ie to be better and to be tops. Those are clear goals. They are GOOD goals.
Hope this of some help, even as a random thought.
