I've always believed that anagrams of words that are not in the clue i.e label is wrong; so I don't like Bella. Also,although I can see CORTILI now, I agree with greyfox that LIT up in an across clue is also wrong.

Only cross-checking determines whether BELLA or LABEL is the correct answer.
