I have the answer "unzip" to the clue Quickly open a foreign spirit but I'm not sure why that is correct. (I got the answer from here). - un = a in foreign, so is zip a spirit?

For the rest of the clues that I got myself I don't understand some of the reasons as to why they are correct.

eg Country held back by railway bilionaire is Libya. I think the 'lib' part is bil backwards but not sure where 'ya' and the railway part fit in.

Also I have 'incapacity' for Legal preclusion enclosed by maximum space. 'capacity' = maximum space but not sure about the rest.

The "ya" part comes from railway. The trick is to read part of the phrase backwards as indicated.

"In" can mean enclosed.

And zip is spirit as in energy.
