All the Across one look wrong, none tie in with what I've got.
I thought I gave you a very good clue last night but you didn't acknowledge it nor make use of it judging by the letters you are quoting.

Therefore, regretfully, you can 'include me out' as the man said.
How can you have three As in your solution to 12ac, when you know it is a jumble of letters in the clue and there is only one A in the clue?

Same question for 13a. There is no K in the clue.

And there is no Y in the clue for 24a.

7d is a jumble of "g polite scholar c" but one of the letters is an extra. The extra is the H.

I wish to thank you all, especially Kayakamina whom I did already thank, though somewhat belatedly, for the useful hint he supplied! I apologise if it appeared that I did not appreciate the help! And I hope that I can still count on your help in the future. Thanks again!
I have now seen your posting- thank you.

Now that tichfield has put you on the right track with your 7d you should be able to amend your letters and solve the balance of the puzzle.

I have left a hint for this week no 1856 on the post below this.

Good luck K
