Ever since I sent an E-Greetings card to friend last week,I have been recieving daily unwanted emails from another American site.....everything from 'Dr Susan' telling me about the bacteria in my stomach(todays offering) to financial, dating (both sensible and the ...umm.hot housewife variety...), etc,etc....aaaarrgghh!!! Can I end this by e-mailing the offending source.....or do I need to take more drastic measures???

Can you set up a spam catcher or improve it if you've got one already?

I had to swap e.mail address a while back due to the amount of spam I was getting.

Maybe have a standby e.mail address to use on sites which may send you spam.
I vet the ones i send to you hun -lol

The rubbish ones are so blo0dy annoying -whenever I log on to this account 5 at least appear as if bt magic -grrrrrr -could do without it as well cos I a mental load of Emails on this account and have lost the will to delete them all individually (AOL for ya -cant do a mass clearout)
I keep getting ones that say they are from my bank and I need to confirm my details!!!! I know NEVER to reply and delete them!

Unfortunatly my spam mail is on high, but they get through! I would love to know myself (sorry, not much help to you!)

Thanks all.....It's a real pain in the bum-at least I am not alone in my suffering. I suppose I have been lucky,as I have not accumulated much of this junk until now!
